I am not british, nor do i have any particular attachment to Guy Fawkes Night. But, this date has brought to us the lovely lovely V for Vendetta. So to commemorate the 5th of November:

Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I see no reason why gunpowder treason
should ever be forgot.

OHMYGOD. i was so going to post about V for Vendetta on the same day... haha this time you beat me to it.. because i only just watched it last week and yes, was going to go talk about it the other day had i not been so caught up in exams. ha!

V for Vendetta is an excellent film. I heard the comics are good as well.
